Summer Session Costs:


  In-State and CA residents Out-of-State (except CA)
Tuition $74 per credit hour $84 per credit hour
Online Learning Fees (if applicable) $25 per course $25 per course

Summer Session Course Offerings:

 Check our online Schedule of Classes for course availability. Select the "Summer 2013" semester and then "Search for Classes". Use the course numbers and information in your Registration Form in Step 2 below. 

Summer Session Enrollment Steps:

New students wanting to enroll in Summer Session must complete the following steps in a timely manner in order to proceed with course registration:

1. Apply for Admission - The quick, simple way to apply for admission is by completing our Online Application for Admission. You will receive a response with your AWC Identification Number within 3 business days.

2. Send all Supporting Documents** - In order to make your enrollment process as seamless as possible, all supporting documents should be submitted as early as possible. Necessary documents include:

**Documents can be scanned and attached to an email sent to, faxed to (928) 344-7543, or submitted in person to the Admissions and Registration Office. Include full name and birthdate for identification purposes.  

3. Activate your Student Accounts - Activate your WebAdvisor (student information portal), ToroMail (official AWC email), and Blackboard (online course site) by visiting and following the steps provided. Note: ToroMail is the primary way you will receive important information from AWC.

4. Register for Classes - The best way to register for classes is online through WebAdvisor under the Registration menu. Registration can also be completed in person at the Admissions and Registration office beginning April 29, 2013 at 7:00am.

Students planning to continue attending AWC after the Summer Session:

Additional documents may need to be submitted, if you plan to enroll in courses after the conclusion of Summer Session.

  • Western Undergraduate Exchange Program Application (if residing in AK, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, or WY) - Students residing in a WUE state may be eligible for discounted tuition.  

  •  Official Transcripts and Request for Evaluation of Transfer Credit - Students who have completed coursework at previous institutions must complete the official process of transfer credit evaluation. For more information, visit the Transfer to AWC webpage
