To use transfer credits from another institution you must have official transcript(s) and evaluation request(s) on file with Transfer Services. All transfer work must be applied to the official AWC student record to be eligible for priority registration.

To check completed credit hours Log on to WebAdvisor, click the transcript link
(under Academic Profile), and scroll to the bottom for total number of completed credit
hours. Please note priority registration does not count classes you are currently taking.
Payment Financial aid must be awarded to hold registered courses. If financial aid has not been awarded you should be prepared to cover your expenses at the time of registration.

1. How do I know my online registration day?
Access your unofficial transcript by logging in to WebAdvisor
Select the Transcript link under Academic Profile and view the hours earned at the bottom of the page.
2. How are my total hours earned computed?
Based on the number of AWC credits earned (includes courses under and above 100 level) as well as any additional coursework from other colleges you have had reviewed and evaluated to apply to your AWC degree/certificate. Students who have had their coursework transferred to Arizona Western College from another institution should contact the Admissions & Registration office to determine priority eligibility.
3. What do I need to do to prepare for my registration day?
Plan ahead and be prepared! If you've not already done so, make sure that you have activated your account (accounts.azwestern.edu). Be sure you can access WebAdvisor and your student email account (toromail.azwestern.edu). If you require assistance with activating your account, or can't access WebAdvisor or your student email account, contact the Help Desk at (928) 317-5892.
4. What prevents students from registering on the wrong day?

5. If I register on my priority date, when can I make schedule changes?
You can register as early as your assigned date. After that date you may make schedule changes until registration for the semester ends. Refer to the Academic Calendar for the last day to register for a given semester.
6. What are my registration options?
Priority Registration is available to students via ONLINE ONLY. You must log in to your WebAdvisor account to register on your assigned date. Although the offices will be open Monday through Thursday, 7am – 5pm; there will be no in-person registrations. If you are encountering non-technical errors, and/or believe your student record is not correct, please then contact the Admissions & Registration department.
7. Why is there priority registration?
Priority Online Registration was implemented to improve the registration experience of students due to our continuous enrollment growth and to meet our goal to serve students more efficiently. In addition, priority online registration is meant to give priority to students who are close to graduation so that they may enroll in required courses needed to graduate in a timely manner.
