Enrollment Verifications are available on WebAdvisor!
Enrollment Verification Request
Click on the link below to go to WebAdvisor. Enter your user id and password. If you do not have a password, click the "I'm New to WebAdvisor" link at the bottom of the page to get your user name and password. Once you have logged in, select Enrollment Verification Request under Academic Profile to begin your request.
Enrollment Verifications are available at no charge and may take up to three business days to process.
Students who enrolled and completed coursework at Arizona Western College prior to Fall 1986 must submit a written request for enrollment verifications. The request must include:
- Name at time of attendance
- Student ID number or Social Security Number
- Dates of attendance
- Address enrollment verification will be sent to
- Number of copies required
- Student signature
