Referral Services for Students
While Career Development strives to ensure that jobs posted on its web site represent true and accurate employment opportunities, it is the student/alumnus responsibility to verify legitimacy of employment opportunities before responding to, interviewing for or accepting positions.
Recruitment Services for Employers
- Job Postings
- Student/Alumni Screening & Referral
- Job Recruitment Fairs
Career Development endeavors to refer students to employers that meet the skill criteria set forth in submitted job descriptions. Still, the interview and final selection of the candidate is ultimately the employer’s responsibility.
Employer Guidelines
Employers are invited to post job openings with us and participate with job fairs, networking and other on-campus events if they are recruiting and/or promoting employment opportunities for their agencies.
Career Development will not extend services to multi level marketers or to employers that:
- require students to pay for their own training and marketing materials, or
- charge students a placement fee, or
- do not comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity standards.
