Part-time 

Teaching Assistant Job Order # 38-Q
Hours per week: 12 - 15 Shift: Must be available Monday - Friday, 8am - 12pm
Wage: $9.57 an hour

Assist students with classroom activities/assignments in the areas of: Reading, Writing, Math, GED Prep, Basic Computers, and Life Skills.  Monitor students, secure classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and breezeways at all times: before class, after class, during breaks, and between classes.  Many other responsibilities.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

3-year driving history to transport students

Valid AZ Drivers License and the ability to obtain current DMV Report

Computer skills

Proficient in Basic Education                           

Able to obtain fingerprint clearance card

Good Attitude

Willing to be Flexible

Able to communicate effectively with students, staff and general public.

Able to work under pressure and in fast-pace environment.

Front Desk Clerk Job Order #35-Q
Hours per week:  15 - 20 Shift:  7am - 3pm; 3pm - 11pm; 11pm - 7am

Wage:  $7.25 an hour

IT Tech Assistant Job Order # 36-Q
Hours per week: 40 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Wage: $9.50 an hour

The employee provides hardware and software support to the IT Specialist including but not limited to LAN/hard disk back-ups for disaster recovery, hardware and software installation, disk formatting, and troubleshooting printer malfunctions. The employee may assist in the development of applications for users, generate ad hoc reports, develop user documentation, and evaluate hardware, software, and new technology to make purchase recommendations. Tasks also include troubleshooting problems such as logging on to computer systems or software, printing malfunctions, or routine error messages. In some cases, the employee will research appropriate manuals to find answers. If standard techniques do not resolve the situation, the employee will seek assistance from the appropriate technical professional.

Claims Processor Job Order # 23-Q

Wage: $10.85 an hour
Several positions available in Yuma Maintain positive relationships with customers and handle a steady volume of new non-complex claims daily, involving situations such as losses due to automobile accidents, theft, fire and lightning. Claim Processing Specialists spend 70% - 90% of their day on the phone with customers. This job requires efficient time management, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. These employees use a sophisticated computer system to document their interactions with the customer, input relevant information, pass important information to other areas of the company, and obtain other information from employees. Wage: $8.00 an hour plus commission
Previous sales experience preferred but not required. Applicants must be 18 or older and be a high school graduate or have a GED. Will be making outboard sales calls to existing customers.
