Club Charter

All recognized clubs are required to renew their charters annually. After the Charter Renewal has been completed and returned, it will be presented as a request by the club to Student Government Association. When accepted, the forms will be filed and the club will be considered "active" for the entire academic year (provided that it operates within the policies and regulations of the college).

  1. To have as part of the purpose of our organization, service to the students and College Community.
  2. To cooperate with other clubs and the AWC Student Government Association in working for the good of the total college.
  3. To inform ourselves of college policies and regulations and to observe these policies in all activities of our club.

Club Advisor's Agreement*

 This agreement verifies that (Name of Advisor) is an employee of Arizona Western College, serving in the capacity of professor or administrator and is aware of the advisor responsibilities as outlined in the AWC Advisor's Manual.

 Acceptance of this agreement indicates a willingness to serve as advisor for the (club to advise) AWC club for 20 - 20 and assumes the responsibility of quasi-leadership in all functions of this club.
