AWC Student Government Association (SGA)
The AWC Student Government Association is an organized body of students that represents student interests by advocating student concerns, promoting a community atmosphere at AWC and improving student life by providing a variety of activities. The AWC Student Government Association serves as the voice of the entire student body and helps make decisions for the benefit of current and future students at Arizona Western College.
Involvement in SGA not only helps to ensure that AWC remains sensitive to the views of its students; it also provides learning experiences in leadership that are valued in Universities and employers. Each student's participation can help strengthen Student Government and we invite all AWC students to participate in SGA!

How to Form an AWC Club
Clubs are initiated by student interest and therefore change frequently. A club is formed when a student voices the need or want for a particular club to the Coordinator of Student Leadership and Activities. An AWC club advisor is then sought. After club paperwork is submitted to the office of Student Activities the club can begin activity immediately.
