Double Occupancy $2700.00
Private Room (based on availability) $3207.50

ALL CHARGES MUST BE PAID ON YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK-IN TO THE RESIDENCE HALLS. 

All students living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan.

Payment plans may be established through "The Nelnet Plan." Please contact the Business Office for more information. Business Office

Application Requirements

Students must do the following before they are eligible to receive a room assignment in the Residence Halls:

  • submit a completed Residence Hall Application/Agreement
  • pay a $100 deposit to the Business Office/Cashier's
  • provide current immunizations showing proof of 2 MMR's (measles, mumps, and rubella) 
  • provide a valid picture ID upon check-in in order to obtain a student ID

Applications for minor students (under the age of 18 at the time of application) must contain a notarized parent/legal guardian signature and a completed Medical Release Form.

Before a student will be allowed to check-in to the Residence Halls the following must be completed:

  • all steps required to receive a room assignment
  • you must be currently enrolled in 12 credit hours
  • your account balance must be paid in full 
  • provide a valid picture ID upon check-in to obtain a student ID

Drug & Alcohol Policy

Arizona Western College is a substance free campus. First time offenders of drug and alcohol policies may have their Residence Hall Application/Agreement terminated. It is the responsibility of the student to find alternative living arrangements if this happens.

Fall Semester:
Fall Semester Cancellation Deadline: August 1, 2010
Financial Clearance Deadline: Check-In Day
Christmas Break: Halls Close Thursday, December 10, 2009 @ 5pm
 

Spring Semester:
Spring Semester Cancellation Deadline: December 16, 2010
Residence Halls Check-In Day: January 6, 2011 @ 10am
Financial Clearance Deadline: Check-In Day, January 6, 2011
Summer Break: Halls Close Thursday, May 12, 2011 @ 5pm
