All students living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan.
Payment plans may be established through "The Nelnet Plan." Please contact the Business Office for more information.
Application Requirements
Students interested in living in the residence halls must submit a completed Residence Hall Application/Agreement with a $100 deposit and proof of current immunizations before they are eligible to receive an assignment. Applications cancelled prior to June 29 for the summer, August 1st for the fall semester, or December 19th for the spring semester will be eligible for deposit refunds. All others will be forfeited.
Drug & Alcohol Policy
Arizona Western College is a substance free campus. First time offenders of drug and alcohol policies may have their Residence Hall Application/Agreement terminated. It is the responsibility of the student to find alternative living arrangements if this happens.
