- We focus on developing leadership skills
- Organize and participate in Fundraising events
- To help pay for field trips; I-Team members will get a discount on their field trip fares if they participate in fundraising events
- Collaborate with Student Activities for school events

Spring Break April 2012
I-Team joined with Student Government and Residence Life for a three-day trip to California - visiting the campus of UCLA, the Natural History Museum, and a day at Disneyland.
Lunar New Year 2011 was celebrated Thursday February 3rd at 9:00 PM at the AWC Game Room.
