There are several items you may want to bring to increase the comfort of your room.
You will need to provide your own:
- Bedding including: blankets, linen and pillows for XL twin size mattress
- Bath Towels
- Small Trash Can
- Telephone and answering machine
- Blow dryer
- Iron and ironing board
- Alarm clock
- Laundry supplies, toiletries and cleaning supplies (toilet paper is supplied)
You may wish to bring:
- Small stereo or iHome
- Television, DVD/BluRay player
- Computer (ethernet needed to connect to the internet)
- Study lamp (no halogen lamps)
- Microwave of 700 watts or less (every residence hall lobby is provided with one)
- Laundry basket
- Posters and plants to decorate
- (1) Refrigerator that does not exceed 4.0 cubic feet and must be rated energy star efficient
- First aid kit: Pain reliever, fever reduced; anti-diarrheal; antacids; antibiotic ointment; cough and cold medications; allergy medicine; band aids; and sunscreen
Prohibited items include:
- Pets of any kind
- Hot plates, electric toaster ovens, toasters and crock pots
- Open coil appliances
- Halogen lamps
