Application Process

Important Dates Fall Semester:
Priority Application Deadline: July 1, 2013
Fall Semester Cancellation Deadline*: July 15, 2013
* $100 Deposit is forfeited for all applications cancelled after this date.
Students must do the following before they are eligible to receive a room assignment in the Residence Halls:

submit a completed Residence Hall Application/Agreement

pay a $100 deposit to the Business Office/Cashier's

submit a copy of your immunization record showing proof of 2 MMR's (measles, mumps, and rubella)

all students living in the Residence Halls need to fill out the TB Screening questionnaire prior to check-in.

applications for minor students (under the age of 18 at the time of application) must contain a notarized parent/legal guardian signature and a completed Medical Release Form.
Before a student will be allowed to check-in to the Residence Halls the following must be completed:

all steps required to receive a room assignment

provide a valid picture ID to obtain a student ID

you must be currently enrolled in 12 credit hours
-
your account balance must be paid in full
Campus Housing Waiting List
Do not panic! Waiting lists are a normal part of campus housing. If you are placed on a waiting list, please call the Residential Life Office at (928) 344-7578 to determine your current status.
College students' plans change constantly and the waiting list can change from moment to moment. Residence hall spaces become available continually throughout the reservation process, but you may want to consider temporary off-campus housing options if you are on a waiting list, just in case space does not become available. You can contact the Residential Life Office to check your reservation status at any time.
