How to apply for Awc camp?

1. Apply for  Arizona Western College.

2. Fill out CAMP   Application.

3. Attached the following documentation:

  • Proof of AWC admissions.

  • Personal Statement. **

  • Copy of Birth Certificate/US Passport or copy of your Permanent Resident Card.

  • SAR/FAFSA.**

  • Copy of previous year Income Tax.

  • Copy of High School Transcript and Copy of High School Diploma.

  • Copy of AWC placement test scores.

 4. Bring or mail CAMP application and supporting documents to:

     College Assistance Migrant Program
     Main Campus
     2020 S. Ave 8E ROOM ES-116
     Yuma, AZ 85365
     (928) 317-7627
