1. Apply for Arizona Western College.
2. Fill out CAMP Application.
3. Attached the following documentation:

Proof of AWC admissions.

Copy of Birth Certificate or copy of your Permanent Resident Card.

SAR/FAFSA.**

Copy of previous year income tax.

Copy of High School Transcript.

Copy of AWC placement test scores.
4. Bring or mail CAMP application and supporting documents to:
