The Lady Matadors offense struck for eight first half goals to take a commanding 8-0 lead at halftime.

Both Rodriguez and Greta Espinoza paced the way for the Lady Matadors on Wednesday; each tallied two goals and an assist on the evening.
Carolyn Sosa got her first night off between the pipes, as Fabiola Sandoval recorded a shutout in her first start in goal this season.
Up next for the Lady Matadors is a home doubleheader with the AWC men on Saturday as both teams welcome Phoenix College to town. The Lady Matadors will get things going at 4:30pm, followed by the men at 7pm over at the AWC Soccer Field on campus.
