AWC Massage Therapy Club Presents Transformational Music Concert April 24

Yuma, AZ (April 18, 2013) --- Join Anton Mizerak and Laura Berryhill for a magical evening of transformational healing music, Celtic song, myths and stories, and participatory chants from around the world. They will perform during the Transformational Music Concert to be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at 7 p.m. at the Yuma Center for Spiritual Living, 781 2nd Avenue in Yuma. Tickets cost $10 and will be available at the door.

Mizerak is a composer and multi-instrumentalist who has performed at events with Deepak Chopra, Gary Zukav, Jean Houston, Michael Beckwith and Neale Donald Walsh.
Mizerak’s music has been featured on the nationally syndicated radio show “Echoes” and on the digital New Age Music format “Soundscapes.” His highly acclaimed CD series “When Angels Dream” is a top seller with healers and massage therapists.

Berryhill’s vocals are featured on “When Angels Dream.” She holds a master's degree in Music History from the University of Oregon, where she studied early 17th-century Italian sacred music. She performs a variety of musical styles, from early European music, to folk music of the Celtic cultures, to new age and jazz. She has performed at Asilomar, Faerieworlds, Yachats Celtic Music Festival, HSP West Coast Gathering, Oakland festival of Harps and more.

AWC Massage Therapy Club is presenting this exciting concert -- which will feature keyboards, tablas, vocals, Tibetan bowls, pennywhistle, harmonica and bodhran -- to expand the lifelong learning opportunities for people in the Yuma and surrounding communities. Proceeds support the Massage Therapy Club scholarship fund.

For more information, please contact Cheryl Taylor, Senior Secretary of the Licensed Massage Therapy Program at AWC, at, or (928) 317-6056.
