Culinary Arts Students Offer Diverse Culinary Meals
Yuma, AZ (October 11, 2012) — The Arizona Western College Culinary Arts Department presents their culinary arts events this fall semester. The dinners feature the very best of their culinary creations prepared exclusively for you by the AWC Culinary Arts students. Join them Tuesday, October 16, at 6:00 pm in LR 109 on the main campus. Seats are limited…and all tickets must be purchased in advance.
Menu Includes:
Brie En Croute
Tomato Basil Soup
Wilted Spinach Salad
Stuffed Pork Loin with creamy mushroom sauce
Horseradish Mashed Potatoes
Carrots and Sugar Snap Peas
Lemon Tart
Tickets for the Culinary Arts Dinner will be available at the 3C (College Community Center) business office for $25 per person. Please call 928-344-7700 for payment over the phone. Limited quantities are available.
Menus for the upcoming Culinary Arts Meals are October 30: chicken cordon bleu and November 13: beef tenderloin. All meals include an appetizer, soup/salad and dessert.
