A couple of adjustments for Week 2 of the 2012 Matador Basketball Camp

Second week of sessions reduced to single morning session
Yuma, Arizona – June 22, 2012 -- Arizona Western College is proud to announce that the 14th Annual Matador Basketball Camp will include two different weeks of opportunities for kids to better their basketball skills from some of the top coaches and players in the area. Session 1 will be held from June 18th through the 21st, and Session 2 will be held from June 25th through the 28th. Both sessions will be held at 'The House'-AWC's gymnasium (2020 South Avenue 8E in Yuma). The camp will be run by AWC Men's Head Basketball Coach Charles Harral, AWC Women’s Head Basketball Coach Patrick Cunningham, men’s assistant coach Kyle Isaacs, women’s assistant coach Regina Schlichter, as well as current and former Matador Basketball players. Campers will each receive a free AWC camp basketball and T-shirt.
The second week-known as Session 2-will be more specialized than the first week, with a morning session only. The session will be for boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 18 years of age, will run from 9AM until noon, with registration starting at 8:30AM Monday, June 25th. That session costs $75 (with a discount for multiple family members as well), and both the Monday registration and the session that week will be held at ‘The House’ on the AWC campus.
