October 2012- PACTO grant update

The first stage of the grant is to hire the Director. The director's name is Mat Hoogendoorn. Mat was hired on October 3rd, 2012.

The order of business for October-

1. create working directory for employees and collaborative aids

2. set meeting with AVID director for state of Arizona and New Mexico

3. meet with VP- Dr. Eric Soulsby, begin mode of operation

4. meet with Technology Director

5. meet with campus Construction lead

 

All items on agenda were completed in the month of October
