Faculty Appraisal 2013-2014
AWC uses a homegrown faculty appraisal instrument developed by a committee of faculty members. The Faculty Appraisal Committee completed a revision of the instrument and process in Spring 2011. Student evaluation of fulltime and adjunct faculty will move to an on-line appraisal software system. The software to be used is Tk20. A small group of faculty are beta-testing the Tk20 software during summer 2013.
