AWC uses a homegrown faculty appraisal instrument developed by a committee of faculty members. The Faculty Appraisal Committee completed a revision of the instrument and process in Spring 2011. The committee is in the process of piloting on-line faculty appraisal as our campus begins to move toward on-line appraisal. The committee meets in LR 084 at 7:30 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of each month of the academic calendar.
