(Note: 2010-2011 ACRES forms should have already been completed and submitted by October 2011. Learning Outcomes will no longer be submitted in ACRES. )

Identify Program Outcomes  for 2011-2012 Academic Year

Faculty develop and complete the Program Otcomes.

The following items need to be submitted at the end of the month in January 2012.
(1) Your Program Mission Statement, (2) Program Goals and
(3) Program Outcomes.

These are no longer being submitted in ACRES but sent in a word document to Bertha Avila, Office of Assessment and Program Review at bertha.avila@azwestern.edu

Begin to Measure Learning  Outcomes

Please contact our office if you need assistance  
April and/or May 2012 Complete and Submit the remainder of the Program Outcomes Template The collection of the results are gathered and analyzed. The remainder of the template document what did your program / department / discover from collecting these results, what worked, what did not work, and most importantly how will the results be used to improve student learning. (The improvements that you plan to make may "spiral" into the next planning year that you can use.)  Lead Faculty, Associate Dean, Director and /or Coordinator of the area
