TORO Account Request Form

This 2-section form is for the convenience of those distance education students who are unable to visit the main campus to have their TORO account created. If you attend classes on the main campus, please do NOT use this form, rather stop by the Front Desk of the Academic Complex Computer Lab and have one of the helpful folks there build an account for you.

Please complete both the Requestor Information and the AWC Information Technology Ethics Statement sections of this form before clicking the 'Submit' button.

AWC Information Technology Ethics Statement

Access to the networks and information technology environment at Arizona Western College (AWC) is a privilege and must be treated as such by all users of these systems. When you use AWC's computing systems and services, you agree to abide by the "AWC Technology Acceptable Use Policy" and the following specific responsibilities summarized below.

Please signify your agreement with each statement by placing a checkmark in the corresponding box:

I agree to respect the rights of other users.
I agree to respect the legal protection provided by copyright and licensing of programs and data
I agree to respect the intended usage of resources; for example, I and only I shall use accounts assigned to me by AWC
I agree to respect the intended usage of systems for electronic exchange such as e-mail, Internet Relay Chat (IRC), Usenet news, World-Wide-Web, etc.
I agree to respect the integrity of the system or network; for example, I shall not seek unauthorized access to accounts or information systems
Violations of any of the above guidelines are considered unethical and violations of AWC policy; they may be criminal offenses. Inappropriate use of AWC technology resources may result in one of more of the following: loss of access, disciplinary review, suspension or expulsion, termination of employment, and civil or criminal legal action.
