Physical Education And Wellness
The Physical Education and Wellness Department encompasses: Physical Education (PED), Physical Education Management (PEM), Physical Education Recreation (PER), Personal Trainer (PTR), and Wellness Education (WED).
Personal Trainer Certificate
Arizona Western College offers a 30 credit Personal Trainer certificate that prepares the student to take the ACE exam which is a national certification.
Fitness Center Hours:
Monday through Thursday – 5:00a.m. to 9:00p.m.
Friday – 5:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Saturday – 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Sunday – 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
Fitness Center Summer Hours:
Monday-Thursday 5-11am AND 2-8pm
Friday & Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday Closed

* You must complete orientation before you can work out.
* If you were in the Fitness For Life last semseter you STILL need to complete orientation to fill out a card and get your blood pressure checked!!!
