El departamento de inglés como segundo idioma ofrece clases de varios niveles. Las clases que se ofrecen son pequeñas y los maestros que enseñan estas clases tienen muchos años de experiencia. Hay un apoyo técnico y personal para ayudar a los estudiantes. No importa que nivel escolar tenga usted. Todos son bienvenidos. También el pago de las clases es económico y está al alcance de todos. Hay ayuda financiera del gobierno par los que califiquen. Usted puede tomar estas clases en diferentes lugares en Yuma, Somerton, San Luis, Wellton, etc.
Ofrecemos cinco niveles de clases:
1. Comprensión y expresión oral:
Usted aprenderá a mejorar su comprensión del inglés y también practicará su expresión oral en diferentes ambientes sociales. ¡Podrá ayudarles a sus hijos con su tarea!
2. Lectura y escritura:
Usted aprenderá las técnicas de escritura y comprensión de lectura.
3. Gramática:
Usted descubrirá y aprenderá las reglas gramaticales.

Arizona Western College ofrece 80 programas de estudio para carreras. Usted puede estudiar una carrera en negocios, computación, enfermería, educación, administración de justicia, artes culinarios, arte gráfico y muchas más!

Join the success team at Arizona Western College’s English as a Second Language Department.
The AWC English as a Second Language Department offers classes at all levels of proficiency for students from all educational backgrounds. Our small classes are taught by experienced faculty. Your learning is enhanced by tutors and state-of-the-art computer facilities. Take classes at main campus, Downtown Career Center, Somerton, San Luis, and Wellton. Tuition is low and financial aid is available for qualified applicants.
We offer classes at five levels of proficiency and focus on three areas:
1. Listening and Speaking:
Learn techniques to improve your understanding of English, practice speaking in different social situations, and assist your children with school work!
2. Reading and Writing:
Learn how to improve your writing skills and reading comprehension.
3. Structure:
Discover grammar rules and how to apply them.
