What can you do with this degree?
This degree helps prepare students for law school or for other advanced degrees
at a university.

You will learn about various governments, politics, and social ideologies.

What kinds of classes can you look forward to in this program?


American Politics

You will learn the American democratic system, from the founding fathers to the present. There will be special emphasis placed on the election process - how and why people vote.

World Politics

The world-wide political system and individuals involvement in that system will be
explored in this course. You will learn about various aspects of foreign policy and international organizations.

State and Local Politics

In this class, you will learn all about local politics including: city, county, and state governments. You will explore various structures, services, and problems.

Taking classes full-time, you can complete this 64-credit degree in four semesters.
