What can you do with this degree?
This degree will help you obtain an entry-level position as a file clerk, receptionist, clerk typist, cashier, teller, hospital admitting clerk, transcribing machine operator, and other related positions.

What will you learn in this program?
You will learn marketable office skills that will help you in your current office job or your potential office position.

What kinds of classes can you look forward to in this program?

Spreadsheet
You will develop a working knowledge of spreadsheet application software packages. Also you will learn everything from creating, saving, and copying to the creation of graphs and solving business related problems.

Principles of Human Relations
This class will help you understand human behavior in social institutions, business, and industry, including leadership, communications, status, decision-making, motivation, and personnel problems.

Business Communications
You will develop the necessary skills to help you handle written business communications effectively and to develop a distinctive style of business writing. This course will help you develop ideas in the preparation of business letters, memorandums, reports, minutes of meetings, and news releases.

Taking classes full-time, you can complete this 64-credit degree in four semesters.
