DUAL ENROLLMENT

How does Dual Enrollment help you?

  • Earn college credits while attending high school
  • Earn high school and college credit simultaneously
  • Establishe a college transcript that may be submitted to any college or university
  • Earn credits that can be transferred to a university or applied toward a community college degree or certificate

The Dual Enrollment courses:

  •  Use college-approved textbooks, course outlines, syllabi, and grading standards
  • Can be transferable to universities or may apply toward community college degrees and certificates
  • Are taught by high school instructors who meet the same hiring qualifications that all other community college instructors in that field meet
  • Are assured to maintain the same quality academic experience as on campus classes

Please contact Arizona Western College to learn about those participating high schools and specific courses that may qualify for Dual Enrollment.

For questions pertaining to Dual Credit:  Contact Daniel Barajas at 344-7769, or daniel.barajas@azwestern.edu
