AWC Offers an interactive, four-module, certificate program that prepares supervisors and potential supervisors to become more effective in a diverse and ever-changing work environment.  The Supervisory Skills Certificate requires completion of all four modules.  Each module may be customized to meet your timeframe.  Each module can be offered in a 2-day format, evenings and/or spread out over several weeks.  We will do our best to accomodate your timeframe request.
