Library request forms
- Faculty Library Instruction Request form - call a librarian or fill out the online form to request a library tour or orientation for your class. Allow 7 days advance notice for scheduling. Notify staff of the special research needs of your class so that the tour can be tailored to your students' needs.
- Purchase Request form - Faculty are encouraged to suggest new titles to add to the library's collection. We appreciate your expertise. Direct recommendations to the librarians or fill out the online form.
- Interlibrary loan - book - Books and articles not in our library can be borrowed from other libraries, per our Interlibrary Loan Policy.
