- Technology Support Services (home of AWC's Help Desk)
The Technology Support Services department Help Desk is the point of contact for students, faculty, and staff when assistance is needed with ANY technology, network, phone, or AWC website-related issue.
Computer Information Systems (CIS)
The CIS department provides network security and support, server administration, and programming services.
Academic Complex Computer Lab
The ACCL provides computer and Internet access to AWC and NAU students and, on a space-available basis, to the general public. The lab is staffed with aides to assist users with their software needs.
