NETWORK SERVICES

Welcome to the Network Services website. Please consult the navigation menu on the left for more information about the department and the services it provides.

We recommend that most user requests go through the Help Desk, as they are the central point of contact and are tasked with handling user support issues. For students, we recommend contacting the Academic Complex Computer Lab, as they handle most student computing issues.

Mission

The primary mission of Network Services is to support the design, development, or acquisition, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of campus-based and AWC system-wide network computing applications and database management software. It is the role of Network Services to provide functionally rich, easy-to-use, operationally stable applications that allow our user community to operate efficiently while providing high quality support services. It is also the role of Network Services to provide network management in support of the primary mission.

Also, the Academic Complex Computer Lab handles most student computing needs. The ACCL front desk number is (928) 344-7796.
