Card Application

To apply for an AWC Pcard:

1. Complete the Application form below
2. Email the Director of Purchasing with your network ID
3. Complete the Assessment successfully (linked below)
4. Print a copy of the results of your Assessment
5. Attach the results to your completed application
6. Forward both to the Director of Purchasing
