Introductory & New User Training

The ability to navigate, enter, and locate information within the College databases is vital to the effectiveness of the services we provide to our customers — both internally and externally — on a daily basis.

To help provide or refresh user skills, the Information Technology Services Division will offer training sessions on a regular basis for those who are interested in learning more about using and navigating Datatel.

When: Every Other Tuesday 
Where: DMS Computer Lab - Student Success Center 
Time: one session in the moringing, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. &
one session in the afternoon, 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

If you are interested in attending……

Multiple areas cannot be addressed in the same session due to the varying uses & user needs. Sessions will be formed based on type of training requested. Please contact the Training Coordinator to sign-up for the next available session click here to send an email.

Note: Some module-specific training will still need to be conducted at the departmental level (e.g. HR, Finance, etc.).

These sessions will not provide training in query building.
