The goal of the Training objective in Human Resources is to develop a comprehensive staff development program that encourages continous learning for staff and faculty and that supports the mission and future goals and objectives of the Arizona Western College.
We work towards identifying and providing opportunities for skills acquisition and competency development in the areas of:
- learning and performance improvement,
- technological advancement,
- human resources management, and
