Welcome to Business SERVICES

The mission of Business Services is to provide comprehensive financial support and quality customer service to the College community and members of the college district.  The office receives and disburses college funds in a timely, accurate and reliable manner; provides timely, accurate, meaningful financial information and advice to support the decision-making process; and safeguards assets in compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.

 

Regular Main Campus Office Hours: 
Monday - Thursday  7:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Busines Services in the 3C Building will be OPEN on:
Friday January 17, 2014 9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m.
 
Holiday Office Hours 2013: Offices closed, No classes 
Thanksgiving Break  November 28, 2013
 
AWC adds $5 student transportation fee:

A $5 fee is being charged to all students except for La Paz county residents. The fee will give students a 6-month pass for unlimited use of YCAT. This semester's pass can be used during the Fall semester, lasting from July 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013.  Students and employees can obtain the necessary transportation sticker at the AWC cashier's office.  AWC employees are also being given an opportunity to pay $5 to ride for the semester.
