  • Facilities Management and Planning
    Responsible for the maintenance on all college facilities, maintaining an environmentally safe learning environment and for facilities development.
    Director of Facilities Management and Planning - Mr. Bill Smith

  • Human Resources
    Responsible for administering the human resource functions of the college district.
    Director of Human Resources - Gail Perry

  • Business Office
    Responsible for providing comprehensive business services to the college district. Also responsible for implementing budget and cost control procedures as well as grant and contract compliance administration for the district.

  • Purchasing and Auxiliary Services
    The Purchasing Department is responsible for purchasing and contracting for all equipment, materials, supplies and services necessary for the operation of the College. It must accomplish these objectives within the framework of the Uniform System of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Arizona Community College Districts, and District Governing Board Policies.
