Randy Hartless has served the district governing board representing La Paz County District I since January 1, 2009. Randy's term runs through December 31, 2014. Randy was selected to serve as the District Governing Board President for the remainder of 2012 during the March 2012 board meeting election of officers. Randy also serves as the board representative to the Arizona Association of District Governing Board members. (AADGB) Randy co-chaired the Presidential Search Committee in 2009 and 2010. Randy serves as Executive Director of the Parker Chamber of Commerce.
