AWC students to benefit from Arizona Community College Workforce Scholarship Program

Yuma, AZ (May 7, 2024) – In partnership with Arizona Western College and the state’s nine other public community college districts, Governor Katie Hobbs has created the Arizona Community College Workforce Scholarship to help Arizonans earn a credential, degree, or build advanced skills that lead to jobs in high-wage, high-growth occupations.
Ribbon cutting ceremony celebrates new Fernandez Family Cyber Security Lab
April 24, 2024Yuma, AZ (April 24, 2024) – Arizona Western College recently unveiled the new Fernandez Family Cyber Security Lab to the community during a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, April 23.
Located in the Business Administration Building at the AWC Yuma Campus, this state-of-the-art learning hub will meet local workforce needs and provide students with hands-on experience using real-world tools to prepare for the threat landscape that cybersecurity professionals face today.
